The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) is the largest automotive dealer association in the U.S. and has hosted its annual NADA Show for decades. This year, the show was held in Las Vegas from February 1-4, with hundreds of automotive products, services, and companies on display for dealers. There were also workshops and sessions featuring industry experts and motivational speakers.

This year marked Reynolds’ 58th consecutive year attending, making us the show’s longest-running exhibitor. Our teams spent months preparing our massive “village” of booths so that customers could experience the full suite of products we offer. And the hard work paid off, with our booths attracting over a thousand visitors. You can view a quick snapshot of Reynolds’ booths here.

In addition to our main Reynolds booth, we also featured our major automotive brands and companies, which are all under the Reynolds umbrella: GoMoto, Gubagoo, KeyTrak, ReconTRAC, AutoVision, Proton Dealership IT, and American Guardian Warranty Services (AGWS). Let’s break down some of those brands and their role at NADA.

GoMoto’s kiosks help dealership customers check in for service appointments within minutes. Have you ever used a self-serve kiosk to order a meal at a fast-food restaurant like McDonald’s or Panera? It’s quick, easy, and convenient. That’s the idea behind GoMoto. Kiosks save time for the customer and for the dealership technicians — so they can do their best work. Check out GoMoto’s booth from NADA here.

Gubagoo’s online chat software uses a combination of AI and real people to assist customers when they visit a dealership’s website. With Gubagoo, customers can view available vehicles and ask any questions they have all before they walk into the dealership. Gubagoo displayed a brand-new booth that attracted a record number of attendees. Check it out here.

KeyTrak’s computerized, steel-locking drawers store, manage, and track keys and assets. The technology cuts down on lost, missing, and stolen keys, saving dealerships time and money. This year, KeyTrak announced its partnership with TrueSpot, a real-time location services company that helps dealerships track down keys and vehicles even faster. KeyTrak also showed off a new drawer system designed for smaller dealerships. View photos from the booth here.

ReconTRAC assists the dealership’s service department with tracking work orders. It also integrates with another product we recently acquired — AutoVision, which helps dealerships manage used vehicles from acquisition to sale and everything in between. Paired together, these products will create a smooth, seamless process in the dealership. View the booth here.

Proton Dealership IT specializes in cyber security and IT management to protect dealerships’ data. It also shared a booth with another Reynolds company – AGWS – which provides vehicle service contracts, limited warranties, and other F&I products and services. View their booth here.

It was certainly a big year for Reynolds at NADA, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s show!
