The Dayton STEM-Workforce Program is committed to showing students their options for the future and providing them with the tools necessary to succeed in the area. “Many kids want to get out [of Dayton] because they don’t know what’s here,” explained Ron Adler, vice president of Dayton STEM at a recent event. To show them these career opportunities firsthand, STEM took students to The Reynolds and Reynolds Company.

Reynolds was founded in Dayton in 1866 as a business forms printer, which means the company and associates have been part of the community for 150 years. Today, the company is a leading provider of software, business documents, and professional services for automotive retailers. Its vision is to help car dealers work smarter and improve the customer experience with the dealership.

The company currently employs more than 1,200 associates locally and a total of 4,300 associates worldwide. Reynolds aims to match the right talent with the right position and offer a setting where associates can continue to learn and develop in their careers.
