Ask Recruiting: FAQ from Candidates During the Interview
When a candidate sits down for an interview, the recruiter comes equipped with a list of questions. They’ll want to know who the candidate is, why they want the job, and what skills they bring to the table. But recruiters also hope to get questions from candidates themselves. Just as the recruiter wants to make sure the candidate is the right fit for the company, the candidate should want to make sure the company is the right fit for them.
Our recruiters here at Reynolds interview applicants on a daily basis, so we asked them what questions they receive from candidates the most.
