Since the cancellation of in-person events last March, Reynolds has provided ways for associates to stay connected and have fun with each other virtually. One way this happens is through virtual leagues and competitions. Associates have the opportunity to participate in fun activities including walking and running leagues, book club, and game competition leagues.

I participated in both the euchre and bingo leagues this winter. It really helped me get through the pandemic and feel less isolated. I am normally a very social person and enjoy getting to meet new people and visit my friends. The virtual leagues let me safely socialize with other people in the company that I would not normally have any contact with while working from home.

What’s great about these virtual leagues is that it brings associates from all of our various locations together. I was able to meet some of our Canadian associates this past year which was fantastic. When we have events and leagues in-person, we usually don’t have that opportunity It’s one great thing that came out of the past year.
