Cubicles are the main workspace for many associates at Reynolds and Reynolds. They provide you with your own area, and make it easy to find other coworkers. Typically, they come with a filing cabinet, a small closet, desk, whiteboard, and workstation. Our cubicles (or as we call them, cubes) help us feel at home in the office. Here are a few reasons why we think they’re great:

1. You Have Your Own Space

You can create the environment in which you are most efficient. You organize your files, setup, and workstation. You can also add some personal touches to make your cube more of a home away from home.

2. Great Neighbors

You are surrounded by your team almost all day, every day. Help or advice is only a few feet away. What could be better?

3. All Your Resources are Nearby

Most locations with cubicles have a supply cabinet nearby. Paperclips, staplers, pens, and more office supplies are at your fingertips. Your cube also is usually close to a printer or copier.

4. Free Coffee

The only thing better than great cube-neighbors is free coffee. At Reynolds, your cube also will be close to a break area with coffee (or tea) to help give you a burst of energy to complete your projects.

5. You’re Motivated

Your work station is just that – a station where you are ready to work. The sense of community and camaraderie that working in a cube creates can motive you and your coworkers to conquer the day’s challenges.
