“As long as there was coffee in the world, how bad could things be?”
Cassandra Clare, “City of Ashes”

Let’s be honest. Coffee is the nectar of the gods. The smell alone is enough to excite the taste buds and awaken the saliva glands. And the taste is pure heaven.

Whether you enjoy a cup of decaf or a whole pot of forty-weight triple espresso, even the most sophisticated coffee connoisseur can find an outlet while working at Reynolds and Reynolds Headquarters in Dayton.

First, Reynolds offers complimentary coffee in every convenience center throughout the building. The company’s on-site dining room and convenience store also offer for-fee options, including Starbucks hot and iced coffees.

If those choices aren’t enough, there are many options within the immediate area.

  • Ghostlight Coffee – This is a unique shop that many people have not yet experienced. Get your week started right on free sample Monday so you can test some of the offerings before making that difficult decision.
  • Press Coffee Bar – Press uses Wood Burl Coffee, roasted in small batches right in Dayton. Cortados are a specialty at the coffee bar. Also, try out a drink that features some fun foam art.
  • Winans Chocolates + Coffees – Located nearby at The Greene and voted Dayton’s Best Cup of Coffee, Winans has a sizeable java menu, with a variety of flavored and seasonal coffees. And what goes better with coffee than a piece of delectable, rich chocolate?
  • In-n-Out Java – A double drive-thru allows you to get your fix quickly while on the go. Featuring smoothies, teas, and Boston Stoker brand coffees, In-n-Out Java is just a short drive from Reynolds.
  • Tim Hortons –Coffee options are pretty straightforward at internationally renowned Tim Hortons. Our Canadian associates and customers can feel like they’re at home with a Tim Hortons nearby. While you’re there, get an order of Timbits® with your cup of joe.
  • McDonald’s – Go for the basic blend or upgrade to the mocha and caramel concoctions. I recommend an Iced Caramel Mocha.

Clearly, all of your coffee bases are covered at Reynolds, so bring your favorite mug and have another. I have my stainless steel, self-stirring model handy at all times. As a matter of fact, it could stand to be refreshed right now, so I’m off to fill it up. Enjoy!
