Reynolds and Reynolds provides many opportunities for associates all over the company to get together. With that, there are many opportunities for conversation. Here are a few of the most popular conversation topics at Reynolds:

1. Intramural Leagues

You’ll always hear about major plays from last night’s game. Over 1,000 associates join in year-round for some friendly competition in various leagues. Softball is a favorite in Dayton while volleyball is preferred in Texas. If you don’t have a knack for athletics, there are leagues for Dungeons and Dragons as well as Euchre.

2. Places to Eat

One of the benefits of working for a large corporation is location. Being next to a city means there are lots of places to get food. You’ll always hear about the best and worst places to visit, especially when the lunch hour is approaching.

3. Coffee

As cliché as it seems, we definitely love our coffee. If you have a favorite roast or brand, you will easily find a friend here.

4. Work Events

Reynolds hosts events throughout the year to celebrate different holidays and company milestones. Most of our parties include food, drinks, and time to visit with associates you may not see during the work day. You’ll hear about fun stories from years past and get inside tips on where to grab the best menu items.

5. Hot Spots to Visit

From escape rooms to the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, there are plenty of places to visit. If you’re looking for something fun to do, ask a coworker. Have a pen and paper on hand, because you’re sure to compile a list within minutes.

6. Projects

Reynolds encourages associates to collaborate on projects. You will always be able to turn to a coworker and ask for help if you get stuck.

7. Gym Time

Most of our locations feature a workout facility, or access to one. Associates commonly look for a workout buddy, or help others beginning to get in shape. We offer lots of free classes, and you can easily find a friend by asking someone to join you for yoga or high intensity training.

There are endless opportunities at Reynolds to make friends. If you’re nervous about if you’ll mesh with our culture, look at the conversation topics above! Do you see anything you could discuss with a coworker?
