With more than 150 years of operations, the Reynolds and Reynolds business is a clear success. But, what helps Reynolds stay successful over the years is somewhat of a secret outside our four walls. That secret is Reynolds’ culture.

Here’s a peek into five areas of Reynolds’ culture that separate it from other businesses and contribute to the company’s long-term success:

Health and Wellness – Reynolds promotes healthy habits that help make associates more productive and engaged, both professionally and personally. For example, we have outdoor sports and recreation areas at most locations, as well as access to a free, on-site fitness center at our Headquarters location in Dayton, Ohio, and our College Station, Texas, location.

Work-Life Balance – We strive to provide associates with an environment that includes the right balance between work and family. Many activities with other colleagues are available, such as company-sponsored sports leagues and run/walk events, as well as company picnics to involve associates’ family members.

Associate Recognition – Associate recognition is very important at Reynolds. Apart from a strong focus on associate referrals and promotion from within, we have a number of award programs to help recognize associates for the work they do for Reynolds and for their communities.

Sense of Purpose – Once you begin your Reynolds career, we offer a number of opportunities to learn more about the company, our history, and our leadership. These opportunities help you learn how your work aligns with company goals and contributes to its overall success.

Community Involvement – Reynolds encourages associates to roll up their sleeves and get involved in their communities. One thing that sets Reynolds apart in this area is The Reynolds and Reynolds Associate Foundation that promotes associate giving and volunteerism. In addition, Reynolds sponsors “Dollars for Doers” to salute volunteer efforts of associates and their family members. “Casual for a Cause” allows associates to bend the dress code on Fridays: For a small monetary contribution that is donated to a nonprofit, associates at our major locations can wear jeans.

Of course these are only a few examples of the Reynolds culture at work. For additional insights, check out more of the #ReyReyLife blog or follow us on social media: Facebook | Twitter | Instagram.
